Fucking WOW

The thing I love most about this is the fact that as a man, he will never ever have to even consider the ramifications of birthing a child from his own body. Having a child, regardless of whether the potential mother is healthy or not, is always dangerous. The risks of complications are always high.

It’s really unfortunate that the people preaching these god-awful notions are almost uniformly male and conservative. I have yet to see a female in a position of significant power making these same statements. And to be perfectly honest, that’s no real surprise.

We’re going to have to continue fighting a lengthy battle if we want any chance of retaining individual autonomy should the government get turned over during this next election. Because if one of these men gets put in the White House, women will gradually be stripped of every right they’ve fought so hard to gain.

Oh Jesus fuck. What an asswipe! Is he completely ignoring the Women’s Rights Movement?  “It’s still her child.” Only biologically.  She had no choice in conceiving it, and now she’s going to have no choice in bearing it.  I really hope he at least supports adoption, because if she had to *raise* the child of the man who attacked her… *shudder*
